Why do some sessions just not land?

It’s not always the technique.
Sometimes, the client is showing up… and so are you. But something’s still not working.

More often than not, it comes back to the goal.

You’ve probably experienced it:

  • The session feels clunky or disconnected.
  • The client can’t connect to the words.
  • There’s resistance or fog halfway through and you’re not sure why.
  • The balance technically worked, but the client walks away feeling unsure, and so do you.
  • You, as the practitioner, feel frustrated that your client isn't progressing the way you want them to. (We'll talk more deeply about this in the masterclass)

Sometimes we create goals that sound beautiful, but they’re confusing, overwhelming, or just too far away from where the client really is.

This makes the body pluck whatever it can, from wherever it can making sessions jumpy and ungrounded.

We may not realise that we might have formulated goals the way we’d like them, instead of how our client actually understands and receives them.

When goals are unclear or forced, sessions stall.

Goals are at the foundation of everything kinesiologists do - a good session relies on it.

When goals are embodied, supportive, and aligned with the client’s mind and body, they unlock flow, connection, and meaningful results. This free 2-hour masterclass will help you build the skillset to recognise why things feel stuck and show you how to create goals that bring both practitioner and client into harmony.

This is about creating a healthy discernment between gentle, loving confrontation, while ensuring your client still feels in control.
